Olisa is an Engineering Manager at NBCUniversal. She leads a team of diverse engineers and works with colleagues in Product and Design to deliver world-class front-end experiences consumed by millions of viewers and users across the country. Olisa dedicates herself to advocating for developers, coaching, mentoring and growing talent from the ground up. Her past lives as a developer and college instructor are experiences she draws from daily to be a better leader.

Olisa's other full-time passions include being a mom, a plant mom and a baker!
