Janani has worked as an engineer and manager in multiple domains including E-comm, AdTech, Dev Tooling, and Public Safety. She currently manages Identity, User, and Foundational platform teams at Squarespace which provide the necessary components for internal teams to build secure distributed systems.

Janani is passionate about building high-performing, psychologically safe teams, as well as providing mentorship and guidance for new managers.
