Frank is an Engineering Manager in the Cloud Privacy organization at Google. He designs, architects, and leads the release of new features and products for Google Cloud. Frank has been awarded 5 patents for Privacy Enhancing technologies that he co-invented with members of his team. Frank is an alumnus of Florida A&M University and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
