One of the outcomes of The Great Resignation, The Great Reshuffle, or whatever you want to call it, is that many leaders have taken this time as an opportunity to pursue opportunities with new companies. In many cases, a brand-new leadership role doesn’t mean a brand-new team. Most of the time you “inherit” a group of people who have been there a while — and on whom you will greatly rely if you want this new role to be a success. In this talk, we will show you how to do just that.

As support engineering and success leaders at companies like Humio, Nylas, Wistia, and CrowdStrike, we’ve frequently been called on to lead, reform, and scale-up existing teams. In this session, we will talk through our experiences, challenges, and best practices. We will also share the strategies and resources we used in the cases where we had to “turn the ship around”.
