Previously a software engineer across multiple core teams and DX initiatives, Abiodun is currently the engineering manager of the People Performance Team at Factorial where she and her team leverage AI and LLMs to optimize the performance evaluation processes for companies. She specializes in supporting developers do their best work by automating and standardizing processes and workflows, promoting best practices, reducing technical debt, creating abstractions and much more. 

She is also passionate about contributing to the Ruby community and shares her knowledge via Ruby articles, blog posts and speaking at conferences or meetups.
