Joyce has an extensive 25-year career in the tech industry, where she began as an entry-level programmer and worked her way up the ladder to become an engineering lead, manager, director, and eventually a VP of engineering. In March 2022, Joyce joined Zalando as the VP of Engineering for Beauty Proposition.

Joyce's work in the e-commerce sector has allowed her to merge her technological expertise with her passion for art and fashion. She remains at heart an engineer, constantly seeking to blend the realms of technology, art, and fashion.
