Dileep is a powerful technology leader of 16 years, who is working towards a CTO role. He has previously worked for The Economist and created an 'Engineering centre of excellence' in Central Birmingham from scratch, eventually growing the technology practice to 80 members in 3 years.  Dileep is also passionate about mentoring undergraduate and MBA students, working as a board member for TedX Aston University to help students reach their potential and push them to their limits.
