Prior to this role, she was SVP of Engineering at Replicated, VP of Engineering at Netlify, and Director of Engineering at GitLab. Dalia is passionate about helping companies grow their engineering and product teams, build frameworks to support their growth, and drive the adoption of healthy operations.
Dalia believes a leader’s job is to support their team and clear the path for them to do their best work. She’s especially passionate about building developer tools and products that put user value first, solving real problems for customers. When she’s not immersed in leadership and product topics, Dalia loves the outdoors and spending time with her family.
