If you currently hold a ticket for a LeadDev 2020 or 2021 workshop, your ticket has either been automatically transferred to the same fully virtual workshop (where the virtual workshop is available) or you have a choice as below:

  • Transfer your ticket to one of our fully virtual workshops. Be a Brilliant People Developer with Meri Williams on 25 & 26 February or 8 & 9 April 2021 or Shortcut to Tech Leadership with Pat Kua on 23 March 2021.
  • Transfer your ticket to our online event series LeadDev Together, taking place from April to June 2021.  Your workshop ticket will be transferred to two full-access tickets to the series; one for you and one for a colleague.
  • A non-refundable credit to redeem against a future LeadDev workshop or event.
  • Transfer your ticket to a friend of a colleague. 

All workshop ticket holders will have received an email on 26 January 2021 with workshop transfer details. For workshops without a virtual replacement, your email included your options and a form to let us know which option best suits you.  Please contact [email protected] if you have not received the email or have any questions.

Transferring your place
We will happily transfer your workshop ticket to a lucky colleague or friend if you need to. Please let us know as soon as possible and no later than 14 days before the workshop commencement date. For transfer requests, please email [email protected].

Non-refundable credit
If for any reason you can’t attend at all, you will need to let us know no later than 11 February 2021. We can offer a non-refundable credit to redeem against future LeadDev events.  The credit is for the full value of the original ticket purchased and is valid for 12 months from issue.  

Credits will not be authorised after this date. For credit requests, please email [email protected].

If for any reason you can’t attend at all, and a non-refundable credit is not suitable, we will issue you with a refund if you let us know no later than 11 February 2021. Refunds will not be made after this date.  For refund requests, please email [email protected].
