With the growing numbers of engineers coming from bootcamps and non-traditional backgrounds, how do we support them and help them to adapt their skills to their new career? Retaining talent is a challenge. How do we maintain growth and development of our team to ensure that our engineers want to stay? How can we make them feel welcome and get them set up to feel valued?
