Irrespective of how hard-working or quick at delivering quality work you are, it can sometimes feel like introverted individuals are more likely to be overlooked for opportunities. The corporate world often rewards and recognizes the loudest in the room, the one with charm and the ability to demand attention. This has been a recurring observation I made in my years of managing engineering teams.
