COVID Policy
The following guidelines are accurate as of 15th May 2023. The information below is given as a guide as to what to expect, but it is subject to change.
Although COVID-19 restrictions have now been lifted, please keep in mind that some of our attendees may be vulnerable and not comfortable socialising as before. Please respect all attendees' individual wishes on social distancing and mask wearing preferences.
For the safety of everyone at the event, we recommend that attendees take a rapid lateral flow test no more than 24 hours before arriving at the event and to stay at home in the case of a positive result.
Enhanced Safety Precautions On-Site
- Additional regular cleaning of the venue including key touch-points.
- We provide hand sanitizers around the event space
- The venue also educates and trains all of its employees on all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines.
- If you feel unwell or have any COVID symptoms, we kindly ask that you do not attend the conference.
If you start experiencing COVID symptoms during the event, please leave the premises and email [email protected] to inform the event organizers. If you have purchased a ticket on behalf of someone else, please pass this information on to them.
