Tiani has spent nearly 20 years in Engineering and Technology. She’s knowledgeable in software development, the Kanban Method, Agile, and Lean UX from positions in multiple domains.

Her project experience has primarily been centered on innovation through experiments informing product design. She’s a proponent for technical practices such as TDD, Pair Programming and Continuous Integration. Her main interest areas: Cynefin/Complexity, TOC, and flow metrics for predictability.

She co-developed, with Michael Woodley and Jabe Bloom, a framework for socio-technical systems based on observability of work systems. Their work was based on praxis, the unified integration of theory in practice in order to create new knowledge and new ways of working for long-term transformation.

When she’s not reading white papers on endogenous and exogenous uncertainties, Tiani enjoys soccer, powerlifting, movies, art, and design. She’s a dual US/UK citizen who also enjoys traveling and learning languages. She speaks French fluently as well as a little Spanish, Arabic, and Italian.
