Richard works at the intersections of tech, education and DE&I.

His focus is creating tech pathways, opportunities and training for underserved communities, such as refugee, female and Black talent - often working alongside organisations such as Code Your Future, Black Codher and eWorker.

Previously, as a Multiverse software engineering coach, he recruited and/or trained tech talent for companies such as Meta, Starling Bank and Publicis Sapient.
