Racine Harris is a Senior Product Manager at Smartsheet, a SaaS platform for collaborating,managing and reporting on work in real time. During her time at Smartsheet, she has led teams focusing onboarding and creation; conversations and communication integrations, and automated workflows. Racine is currently responsible for the portfolio experience, helping customers manage programs, projects and processes at scale in Smartsheet.
Prior to joining Smartsheet, Racine was Senior Product Operations Manager at SmartRecruiters, a global talent acquisition suite. Intentionally taking a step back from feature and product delivery, she is now focused on building and scaling product organizations by equipping them with access to the right data, customer feedback, processes, and strategy to build a first-class enterprise grade product. Racine has also held a number of Product roles at Tradesy (dual-sided luxury resale marketplace), Slack (cloud-based collaboration hub for work), and Blink Health (prescription savings, digital pharmacy, and telehealth provider).
Originally from Arkansas, Racine holds a MPH from The George Washington University Milken Institute of Public Health and an A.B. in Psychology from Duke University.
