Natalie is an I/O Psychologist at Karat, where she works with teams across the organization to advance Karat's mission of providing fair, predictive, and enjoyable interviews. 

With over a decade of experience working in both higher education and tech, Natalie is passionate about using research to improve outcomes for organizations, their employees, and those whose lives they impact.

When not working, Natalie can be found enjoying the trails and springs near her home in North Central Florida.
