Michael is a Senior Engineering Team Lead at Spendesk. He is passionate about getting people to work in the best way for them, and encouraging trust and open honest communication. He often pushes changes and experiments to test and learn quickly how a team should work, and makes sure the team are invested and feeding into those changes throughout the journey.

In his free time, Michael enjoys listening to music, tinkering with new tech and watching movies/anime with his family.
