Marta is an engineering and people leader who has been representing technology at C-level in many companies across different industries. She has spent half of her career in engineering roles focusing on building and operating distributed systems in gaming and e-commerce, working in Poland, France, and later on in the UK. For the last 10 years has been in various management and leadership roles supporting tech and product teams with sizes ranging from 2 to 150 people. She worked  as Chief Technology and Product Officer in two customer-obsessed, physical-product-focused businesses - MOO and Bloom & Wild, both with very strong brands and interesting scaling challenges. Last year, she shifted her focus to the energy transition sector working with a growing portfolio of green energy startups at bp launchpad.
