A Principal Engineer at the Financial Times, previously working on observability and reliability, Luke has recently moved teams to run the FT's Cyber Security Engineering team.

The FT runs a varied tech estate and Luke has worked with a range of technologies over the past decade, from PHP monoliths and complex infrastructure projects to containerised platforms and serverless architectures; but now focuses mostly on tooling which can work across the whole estate, whilst still allowing teams to be empowered to make their own decisions.
