Leon leads Engineering Business Operations at SAP SuccessFactors overseeing budget plan, investment portfolio, and organizational operating model for Engineering and Operations.

Leon specializes in operating model design and specializes in creating organizational structure, roles, processes, and metrics to enable software development under agile and DevOps principles. Prior to SAP, Leon worked 6 years in consulting and 10 years as a software engineering manager. He created the first ever US based short-code exchange platform that popularize short-code marketing in the US.

Leon is a MBA graduate from University of Chicago and studied computer science at Northwestern University.
