Leon specializes in operating model design and specializes in creating organizational structure, roles, processes, and metrics to enable software development under agile and DevOps principles. Prior to SAP, Leon worked 6 years in consulting and 10 years as a software engineering manager. He created the first ever US based short-code exchange platform that popularize short-code marketing in the US.
Leon is a MBA graduate from University of Chicago and studied computer science at Northwestern University.
