Tripta Gupta

Tripta is an engineering leader passionate about pushing for a broader view of diversity and equity within personal communities and the workplace. You can usually find her hiking & camping, exploring tide pools in the Bay Area, dabbling in Vipassana meditation, curating playlists, and pretending to play the ukulele for her toddler. With a background in psychology and neuroscience, she seeks out ways to tie together her understanding of the two with leadership and management.

She is an active mentor at Plato.

Becoming a Mom has been one of the greatest joys of her life.
