Charlie works alongside an an amazing team at Twitter as a Group Tech Lead for Web: he’s helped to build their world-class Progressive Web App (PWA) and helped to scale Twitter’s Web Team from a few dozen developers to over one hundred. He also helped develop Hack Week @ Twitter and Twitter’s leadership development program, and works closely with browser vendors and JS specs to improve the web overall. In his free time, he enjoys flying planes, playing board games, and singing karaoke.
