Marina has been at Twitter for 8+ years and is currently a Group Tech Lead within the Client Foundation org, where she is shaping strategy for how feature development is done on clients, and supporting a community of 100+ web engineers from multiple orgs. Previously, she built products across Twitter, helped rebuild desktop twitter.com on a modern stack, and was tech lead for the new twitter.com launch. She also cofounded the D&I group for gender minority Web engineers and have mentored dozens of people, from interns to senior engineers and managers. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, sightseeing, and video games.
