Aniela is Director of Engineering at OLX Group where she leads the technology for the Motors Classifieds Area. Her focus is scaling the team while transforming the platform and keeping the operational excellence for the sole goal of creating products the customers need.
Has a passion for software engineering but always knew that she wanted to be a manager. She likes to constantly challenge the world and she feels the best in fast-paced environments.
Aniela was born and raised in Transylvania, Romania and lives in sunny Portugal where she found her passion for kitesurfing.
