Often the discourse on product and engineering pits us against each other, as if we were competing for resources instead of working towards the same goal. But we’re all here to build and run a business; we are allies, not enemies. We’ll talk about how to assess your current relationship with product leadership, how to develop mutual trust and respect, and common anti-patterns and how to fix them so you can all do your best work.
Whether you are a senior IC working more closely with your PM, a TL trying to figure out your role, or higher up in leadership looking to recalibrate, this talk is for anyone who works closely with a product leader.
