Now that you understand what a tech strategy is – how do you write it down in a valuable way for your team and beyond? There are many vital considerations – do you have a standard format? How do you build consensus around a strategy? How are you going to sell it on to people?

In this talk, we’ll outline what every tech strategy document needs to include. We’ll provide practical tips for writing the document, keeping its focus, and writing with a goal and purpose in mind. We’ll also start to think about how to take different perspectives aboard before you commit pen to paper and how to gain consensus around a strategy eventually.
