Transferring your place
We’ll happily transfer your workshop ticket to a colleague or friend if you need to. Please let us know as soon as possible and ideally no later than 2 days before the virtual workshop commences. For transfer requests, please email [email protected].

Refunds
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your place to a colleague or friend up until 14 days before the virtual workshop commences. For transfer requests, please email [email protected].

Code of Conduct
Every attendee, tutor and member of staff agrees to comply in full with our Code of Conduct.  You can read it in full here.
