In this talk, we’ll explain what makes a good process and think about how you build processes, how you define them, and importantly why you need them. We’ll also think about how to make sure that inclusion is built early into the creation of a process.

Personal reflection

After watching the talk, take a few minutes to think about the following:

How do folks on your team view “process”? Is it largely negative, positive, or mixed?

Optional: If attitudes are negative, what do you think is causing it (e.g. management or leadership issues like misalignment, poor communication, low visibility, missing documentation)? If attitudes are negative, how do you plan to remediate?
