Cheng Leong

Cheng is an Incident Analyst on the Incident Management (IM) team at Indeed. Indeed helps people get jobs. The IM team helps Indeed prepare to respond to incidents. Before joining Indeed in 2012, Cheng developed software for a dozen different tech companies in Austin. He moved to Western North Carolina in 2023 with his wife and a cat where he is adapting to the challenge of bicycling uphill everywhere. He now hosts monthly r9y.dev/discuss lean coffee reliability discussions.
