COVID safety guidelines

The following guidelines are accurate as of 18th July 2022. The information below is given as a guide as to what to expect, but it is subject to change.

As always, your safety is of paramount importance to us, and we are working closely with the venue to ensure that we follow official guidance and best practices when it comes to COVID safety. If we are required to amend our entry requirements or COVID-19 guidelines before the event, we will update you by email. Everyone in attendance at our event, including ticket holders, sponsors, speakers, members of staff, and our service partners, must comply with all updates.

Although many government-mandated COVID-19 restrictions have now been lifted, please keep in mind that some of our attendees may be vulnerable and not comfortable socialising as before. Please respect all attendees' individual wishes on social distancing preferences.

For the safety of everyone at the event, we recommend that attendees take a rapid lateral flow test no more than 24 hours before arriving at the event and to stay at home in the case of a positive result.

For the safety of others, we strongly recommend attendees to wear a mask when inside the venue unless eating or drinking or medically exempt.

All in-person attendees (including staff and exhibitors) will be required to be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and show their vaccine certification to gain access to the event.

Enhanced Safety Precautions On-Site

  • Additional regular cleaning of the venue including key touchpoints.
  • We provide hand sanitizers around the event space
  • The venue also educates and trains all of its employees on all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines.
  • Catering will be provided in line with the latest government guidance.

If you feel unwell or have any symptoms of Covid, we kindly ask that you do not attend the conference, stay home and follow the recommended protocols for self-isolation and seek testing in the local area. If you start experiencing symptoms of COVID during the event, please leave the premises and email [email protected] to inform the event organisers. If you have purchased a ticket on behalf of someone else, please pass this information on to them.

Our priority is to deliver a safe event that brings the LeadDev community together, and we look forward to seeing you there. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly: [email protected].
