Prior to founding Frank & Eddy, she spent 7 years at Spotify supporting product and engineering leaders (Sr, Director, VP) to lead through fast-paced change, and building a high-performing senior leadership team in a large Platform Engineering organization (for a period, leading a cross-functional organization of 130 people).
