Alia is the co-founder of Frank & Eddy Leadership and is passionate about building collaborative cross-functional product development teams. She is a coach and facilitator, and has been a founder and engineer. Prior to founding Frank & Eddy, she coached at Spotify during 7 years of explosive growth, where she supported product and engineering leaders (Sr, Director, VP) to lead through continual change.
