In this role, she oversees the company’s software engineering, security, and IT functions and is part of the executive team, helping to drive overall company strategy. As a software engineer, Emily focused on monitoring and observability, frontend development, performance optimization, and developer tooling. A committed generalist, Emily spends time outside of work on a range of causes, from advocating for racial justice as part of multiple Japanese American/Nikkei organizations to supporting disaster preparedness via her local Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).
