Verónica transitioned from a career in life sciences to software development, though she had been always interested in leadership. Eventually, she became a Team Lead, after which she switched companies to become an Engineering Manager at CoachHub. 

DEI, psychological safety, and helping people thrive in inclusive environments are among their top professional interests. Outside of work, she loves to talk and write (always with some kind of blog under the hood), Pokémon, and martial arts.
