Toni Bakarčić is an Engineering Manager at Sofascore, where he leads a cross-functional team building Fantasy and NHL products used by fans worldwide. Over a decade in IT and eight years at the company, he navigated its growth from 30 to over 350 employees—transitioning from Android Engineer to strategic leader responsible for product launches, team development, and AI-augmented management workflows. For three years, Toni designed and led Sofascore’s Android Academy, hiring and mentoring junior engineers who remain core contributors today. He is passionate about using technical depth and modern tooling to drive organisational clarity and sustainable team growth.
