Tom Sommer is a Director of Engineering at Redbubble in Melbourne, Australia. He is responsible for building and leading autonomous, cross-functional teams of designers, data scientists, product managers and engineers.

His passions include developing and growing people within his company as well as exploring ways to build and maintain high performing teams. He likes to share his findings at conferences and in writing.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife and their two daughters.
