Tara is a Senior Software Engineer at the Financial Times, a keynote speaker, teacher and writer sharing useful tips and advice on career development as a Software Engineer. She has been an Instructor for the Black Codher Bootcamp, a programme giving black women the skills and support needed to secure a Software Developer role. She also worked as a STEM Ambassador inspiring children and young people while volunteering at Code Clubs, giving career talks at school events and joining the UN as a panelist for their event to celebrate International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
