Sebastiano is currently a Director of Engineering at Upwork and is an experienced engineering leader having led multiple teams at Pinterest, Paypal, Snap, and Spotify in various domains (Shopping, Crypto, Messaging, Video creation, and Ads). Through mentoring, Sebastiano also helps engineering managers and engineers grow in their career paths. In addition to mentoring, he enjoys talking to and advising early-stage (pre-seed / seed) startup founders. Sebastiano holds a Master's a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering and an Executive MBA.
