Ruth Yarnit co-founded White October Events with Dave Fletcher in 2013 to run human-centred events for the tech industry. The White October Events team creates content and conferences for the leaders and changemakers in software engineering teams around the world, developing their tech, team and tools to advance their businesses. Lead Dev is their flagship event with conferences in London, New York, Berlin and San Francisco. Ruth is interested in human beings and teams, both in her own business and in the wider tech industry. Outside of work she is particularly interested in two small human beings, aged 1 and 3.
