Priya Athipatla

Priya Athipatla is an Engineering Leader with over 17 years of experience scaling enterprise platforms at ITV, ServiceNow, and Oracle. Currently leading teams in Streaming and MarTech engineering at ITV, she holds a dual mission: engineering the robust viewer platforms that underpin the ITVX legacy, and driving digital enablement strategies to unlock efficiency for ITV’s Marketing teams.

Priya’s leadership philosophy is defined by a shift from “shipping code” to “delivering impact” – a perspective cemented while delivering critical enterprise workflow systems for healthcare, retail, and public sector clients during the global pandemic. She specialises in bridging technical architecture with user empathy, ensuring engineering teams never lose sight of the human at the end of the screen.

Shaped by a personal journey of resilience through career breaks and international relocation, she is a vocal advocate for normalising non-linear career paths for women in tech. Priya speaks 5 languages and is learning her 6th. An avid reader, she can usually be found in her natural habitat on a park bench, nose buried in a book, oblivious to the world around her.
