Parul is a Neurodiversity Consultant, with a previous career working in tech recruitment and employer branding. Parul was the founder and lead of the Neurodiversity Community (ERG) at her last company, xDesign. As a late diagnosed Autistic woman with ADHD, she brings together her lived experience along with that of many neurodivergent people in tech to advocate for change.
