Milly is a nascent engineering manager at Cash App under Block (formerly Square), where she leads a team in the Crypto absrtraction, working to increase access to Bitcoin and crypto across the world. She is based in Perth, Australia.

Milly recently moved into management and is learning in public what it means to be a leader in tech who is true to herself and who helps create teams with high trust and autonomy.

She loves Dungeons & Dragons, video games and learning everything about Crypto. When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her wife, three cats and a dog.
