Mandar is a Technology leader with deep passion towards building teams and developing technology solutions that solve critical business problems and bring tremendous value to the end-users. He fell in love with programming at a very young age and has worked across all facets of the tech-stack.

He is the Head of Engineering at MasterClass, an EdTech company based in San Francisco where he is responsible for all aspects of engineering at the company. Since joining the company in early 2016, he has helped the team launch many key products and scaled the engineering organization to a 150 member team in the process.

His work experience includes both early/growth stage startups as well as big companies. where he has built and led globally distributed engineering teams.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, hiking, mentoring and playing racket sports.
