Kent Wills

Kent is an experienced engineering leader leading high-impact, cross-functional teams. He’s currently focused on building and scaling the core Yelp product, including next-gen search, after years of developing solutions to enhance developer experience and productivity for 1,300+ engineers. Over his career, he has supported Yelp’s growth from a few hundred to over a thousand engineers, creating scalable systems and practices. Beyond Yelp, he has coached engineers and leaders to drive greater impact, implement best practices, navigate tough challenges, and advance their careers.
