Working in various different-sized organizations from startups to large corporations, and from maturing organizations that are moving from growth to established, Kelley has led teams as small as 5 people to departments as large as 1500 people. She has led several large and small transformations enabling and coaching teams towards innovative, efficient, and customer-centered execution using Agile, and intentional organizational design to help transform cultures.
