John has spent 15 years working as a developer, architect and tech lead in Australia, Spain and Germany. Before that he toured the world as a professional snowboarder, including winning the Junior World Championship in 1999. John loves to help whoever he works with to bring out their best, and believes that this is one of the key aspects of leadership.
