Jakub is a Senior Engineering Manager at the LEGO Group where he leads multiple backend engineering teams. Before that, he worked in various roles focusing on digital innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.

He has a passion for technologies and innovation but somewhere deep down he always knew that becoming a manager is the right path for him. Jakub was born and raised in the Czech Republic but has spent vast majority of his professional life in Scandinavia.
