Ieuan is a Senior Engineering Manager at Kobalt Music. A former software engineer, he realised some time ago he is more fascinated by people than code and is thankful for the infinite variety they bring. These days he finds joy helping people find happiness in their own work.

In his own time, Ieuan enjoys getting lost in music, books, and computer games. Occasionally he manages to hide from his children for long enough to write his thoughts on good management practices, and the odd short story.
