Helen is a Senior Software Engineering Manager for the Open Source Programs Office (OSPO) at GitHub and a lead developer for the WordPress open source project, working at the intersection of engineering management and open source software leadership as a product-centric engineer. She is also an accomplished collaborative pianist which she believes to be deeply connected to her technology career, and has performed for audiences of thousands in major cities and venues both in the US and abroad.
