Gretchen is the CEO at Kaleida; the only tech-specific career growth and performance review platform. Kaleida makes it easy for leaders to build diverse & high-performing technical teams. Before this, she was the Community Manager at Cloudflare which acquired Linc.sh where Gretchen was the Chief Operating Officer. Gretchen started out studying optimization modeling, which she used to run one of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest trade shows. Her passion is bringing more diversity to technology. She has been involved in training more than 250 bootcamp graduates, is currently a Director at Women Who Code Melbourne and on the Churchill Club Committee.
